<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To precisely adjust the resistance value of a multilayered ceramic board stepwise from the outside. SOLUTION: A multilayered ceramic board S has a plurality of ceramic insulator layers 11a-11h laminated upon another, internal electrodes 3 formed between each insulator layer 11a-11h, via-hole conductors 4 which connect the electrodes 3 to each other in the thickness direction, and resistor layers 6 which connect internal electrodes 3 to each other in some of the insulator layers 11a-11h. The resistor layer 6 which is formed in the insulator layer 11b is formed in a square shape by filling up a square recess formed in the insulating layer 11b with a resistor layer forming material, and has a plurality of split electrodes 7 formed in nearly the perpendicular direction to the main surface of the layer 6. The split electrodes 7 are extended and short-circuited with each other on the surface of the substrate S.</p> |
