PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the flatness of a sheet from being impaired by a method wherein the relationships among the peripheral speeds of respective rolls during a process, in which a sheet-like synthetic resin extracted material is formed being passed between a press roll and a forming roll under the state being pinched between them and then transferred under tension through cooling guide rolls, are specified. SOLUTION: The extracted material 2, which is obtained by extracting a thermoplasticized resin from a heated T-die 1, is pressingly passed between a press roll 3 and an embossing roll 4 opposing to each other so as to respectively transfer the uneven shape of the embossing roll 4 to one side of the extracted material and the center-line roughness of the press roll 3 to its other side. The obtained embossed sheet 6 is transferred under tension through a first guide roll 5 having a peripheral speed V5 following the embossing roll 4 having a peripheral speed V4 and a second guide roll 7 having a peripheral speed V7 following the first guide roll 5. In this case, the peripheral speeds of the respective rolls are set so as to satisfy a relationship: 102×V5>=V7>=V4>=V5. After that, the extracted material 2 is passed between a pair of third guide rolls 8 as a take-off roll so as to continuously manufacture a formed sheet. |
