PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To highly charge a filler and to manufacture almost without retaining a monomer odor by extrusion molding a thermoplastic resin composition containing a thermoplastic resin, a filler,α,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer and a polymerization initiator by a vent type extruder having a degassing hole at a center of an extruding direction. SOLUTION: As an extruder, a vent type extruder having a degassing hole 5 at a center of an extruding direction for molding while effectively degassing a monomer by using a composition containingα,β-unsaturated carboxylic acid monomer as a plasticizer, a thermoplastic resin having high affinity with the monomer, a polymerization initiator and a filler. A position of the hole 5 is at a position where values of a cylinder length/a screw diameter become predetermined values in response to the screw diameter, and a degassing pressure is a predetermined value lower than a normal pressure. The composition from a hopper 1 is kneaded by a screw 3 in a cylinder 2, degassed in the hole 5, cooled and solidified in a cooling mold 8 through a shaping die 7 to a mold 10. Thus, the filler can be highly filled, and the mold 10 can be provided almost without retaining monomer odor.
