PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To cool a motor, bearing and detector upto a comparatively low temperature by a simple method and cool a pump space upto moderate low temperature and at the same time cool so that the temperature of suction side of the pump space becomes lower than that of the delivery side of the pump space. SOLUTION: A rotary piston device which is a screw groove type spindle structure especially and the axial direction of whose delivery is facing downside from upper side has the cooling pipe 12 for a motor 8, bearings 6, 7 and a detector 9, through which a cooled fluid is streamed and further has a cooling means for a pump space 3. The case 2 of the pump space 3 has a closed annual space 15 partially filled by the liquid cooled by the cooled fluid through a heat exchanger surface 18.
