PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional configuration of an RF section of a mobile phone that has had difficulty of downsizing and cost reduction because the characteristics of respective components are fixed and tight specifications are to be taken into account through the expectation of the worst state of a radio wave environment. SOLUTION: The ceramic layered RF device of this invention is provided with a ceramic layered body, an adaptive antenna array, an intelligent filter and one semiconductor IC or more, the adaptive antenna array, the intelligent filter and the semiconductor IC are formed in the inside or mounted on the surface of the ceramic layered body and the semiconductor IC controls the adaptive antenna array and the intelligent filter.
