PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cotton fiber-containing yarn structure having excellent dyeability and soft touch with good tension and stiffness by changing the structure of the yarn. SOLUTION: This spun yarn having yarn structures having different twist angles, characterized in that the relation of the twist angle (α) of a fiber bundle forming the outer layer of the spun yarn with the twist angle (β) of a fiber bundle forming the inner layer isα/βand in that the spun yarn is treated with an alkali-swelling agent aqueous solution.
