PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly move a wheel chair between a floor face and a slope board by covering a clearance between the slope board and the floor face by an opening/closing cover in projecting the slope board. SOLUTION: A getting-in/off entrance 10b of a vehicle 10 is provided with a step 13 under the floor surface of the vehicle and a vertical plate 14 connecting the depth edge of the step to the side edge of the floor 10a is formed with a through hole 14a. A rail 16 is provided under the floor in approximately parallel to the floor surface and a moving body 18 is recoprocatably provided along the rail. The slope board 12 having a base end pivoted to the moving body is so constituted as to project from the though hole outward the vehicle through the getting-in/off entrance and be capable of its tip part grounding on the road surface in its projecting state. The top edge of an opening/closing cover 56 is pivoted to the side edge of the floor and the opening/closing cover openably closes the though hole. The opening/closing cover is so constituted that, when the slope board projects from the through hole outward the vehicle through the getting-in/off entrance, it is suspended to the base end of the slope board from the side edge of the floor.
