PURPOSE: Prefabricated high level road pier structure for the passage of small cars of 4.5 ton and less is provided to reduce a cost and period of construction by allowing workers to assemble all of prefabricated components on a construction place directly. CONSTITUTION: A pier(100) of a high level road for the passage of small cars is manufactured by integrally assembling upper and lower steel frames(62,72) by using bolts, arranging reinforcing bars around a body, and placing concrete. The upper steel frame consists of steel plates(64) and reinforcing plates(66), and side fixing plates(68) are welded to the side thereof. The lower steel frame comprises H-beams(74) vertically welded thereto and a reinforcing plate(76) welded to the uppermost of the H-beam. A bottom dubbing concrete inside a concrete square retaining wall(50) is placed with a foundation concrete after a reinforcing bar and an anchor bolt being embedded therein, and the anchor bolt is fastened to a base steel member(80) of the lower frame to allow a foundation finishing concrete to be placed thereon.
