PURPOSE: An external installation housing for an information telecommunication instrument is provided to cancel a noise by a manual cooling type, and perform optimization by composing a coaxial cable switching unit with an inter-connection type. CONSTITUTION: A temperature management unit(1) controls an internal temperature of a housing. A power supply unit(2) supplies a power. An environment monitoring unit(3) monitors and operates the temperature, the power, and various environment information. An arrester(5) protects an information telecommunication instrument from a thunderbolt or a surge. A combining unit(6) combines a general telephone line with a very high speed line provided from the information telecommunication instrument. A coaxial cable switching unit(7) changes the accommodation of a subscriber and switches lines.
