<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of the voice sound not being transmitted sufficiently forward, when the sound transmission aperture 31 is blocked by water, wherein the sound-transmitting aperture 31 is provided on a cover 3, disposed on the front face of the sound-generating means 21 for transmitting voice sound from the sound-generating means 21, including a waterproof speaker, which are provided in an electronic device, such as a bathroom television set. <P>SOLUTION: A discharge guidance portion 32 for leading the water entered in the sound transmission outlet 31 out of the sound transmission outlet 31 is formed, by coupling with the sound transmission outlet 31.
