<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a colored glass vessel which can manufacture the colored glass vessel, that is formed on the glass surface with a colored layer by color frit and has a thin-wall and a high-class feeling, in good productivity by an automatic glass molding machine. <P>SOLUTION: The first invention comprises blowing particles of color frit 11 from a nozzle 6 onto the surface of a gob 5 extruded from an orifice 4 of a glass feeder 1 and fixing them by fusion, and feeding the gob 5 to an automatic glass molding machine and blow-molding a vessel. The second invention comprises receiving a gob 5 on a plate with particles of color frit 11 put thereon and fixing them on the surface of the gob by fusion, and feeding the gob 5 to an automatic glass molding machine and blow-molding a vessel. The third invention comprises blowing particles of color frit onto the surface of a parison that is molded in a rough mold and is in a hanging state and on the way to be transferred to a finishing mold and fixing them by fusion, and blow-molding a vessel within the finishing mold. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
