The invention relates to the field of manufacturing polymer nano-composites on a thermosetting binder for cosmic, aviation and building structures and for other structures (fibreglass-reinforced plastics, carbon-fibre-reinforced plastics, organoplastics, etc.). The problem addressed by the invention is that of increasing the strength of a nano-composite by optimizing the time taken by carbon nano-tubes to disperse in the binder, with the aim of achieving a maximum degree of dispersion of the carbon nano-tubes. In the method for producing a nano-suspension for manufacturing a polymer nano-composite, said method comprising introducing carbon nano-tubes into the composition of a thermosetting binder under ultrasonic action, the dispersion is carried out, with regard to the correspondence of the degree of dispersion of the carbon nano-tubes to the intensity of the colouring of the nano-suspension, with simultaneous photo-recording of the nano-suspension, and a standard degree of dispersion of the nano-particles is calculated according to a change in the intensity of the colouring, and the ultrasonic action is stopped when a value within the range of 0.9-0.99 is reached by the colouring. |
