<p>PURPOSE:To obtain PWM system of sufficient resolution, by separating the feedback period of the phase error signal and the motor speed into sufficiently greater blocks and performing the modulation for one bit's share of PWM every block. CONSTITUTION:In performing PWM for the output of the error detector of the digital servo circuit, PWM is executed in two steps. As the PWM circuit of the upper rank 6-bit B4 to B9 having the dynamic range of about 32 dB, the first and second 64 notation counters 145 and 146 and the latch circuit 147 are provided, and 16 notation counter 148 is provided for the dynamic range of lower 4-bit B0 to B3. Further, to produce additional signal accompanied by this, AND1 to AND6, OR1, OR2, and FF149 are provided.</p> |
