Emptying control for sprung-bottom silo - uses vertical flat section bracket adjustable relative to proximity switch to prevent complete emptying

The arrangement is intended for preventing the undesirable complete emptying of a spring-supported transport trough or silo. This minimises damage by impinging material during loading. Relaxation of the spring is used to activate a proximity switch (3) via a vane (1) fixed to the oscillating (6) component. The vane is a flat bracket (1) which has the longer side of its cross-section parallel to the direction of vibration and is arranged by the side of the switch. Its distance to the switch and its vertical relative position are adjustable.
