FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry, namely, to design of a molding device for forming food products. Molding device comprises rotary drum (5) with shaping cells, where food mass is formed into food items, and feeder (23) for supply of the food mass. Feeder has a body with supply channel (24), at least one sealing zone (25) arranged ahead of the supply channel in the direction of the drum rotation, and/or sealing zone (26) arranged behind the supply channel in the direction of the drum rotation, and flexible gasket (7). Gasket (7) is pressed to the outer surface of the drum and thus creates a seal between the feeder and the drum.
