摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a defect such as defective lubrication in a manner that effectively heats oil O in an oil pan 5 after a cold start of an engine 1 and thereby melting blocks of ice in the oil O.SOLUTION: An internal combustion engine control device comprises: a secondary air introduction device 8 in an exhaust passage 7; an exhaust bypass passage 73 diverged from the exhaust passage 7 at a downstream side of the secondary air introduction device 8; and an exhaust bypass valve 74 at a diverging section. The exhaust bypass passage 73 has: a heat exchange section 73a to exchange heat between exhaust and oil O in an oil pan 5; and an unburned fuel reaction catalyst 76 at an upstream side of a downstream end section of the heat exchange section 73a. When determining that moisture in the oil O is frozen at a cold start of an engine, the internal combustion engine control device: makes the secondary air introduction device 8 introduce fresh air into the exhaust passage 7; and opens the exhaust bypass valve 74 to allow a portion of exhaust to flow into the exhaust bypass passage 73.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
