A hook is provided on one side of the linking and planting members. An inclined guide plate is installed to make the linking and planting members positioning accurately. The guide plate of the hook is moved freely according to the position the linking member or the planting member on a rice planting device. The position relationship between the linking member and the planting member is automatically adjusted with an inclined guide plate.
