Domestic water heater using helical resistance wire - located in copper cylinder insulated by powder and placed in water tank with temp. detector to control element

The water heater has a tank with water supply and outlet pipes. A double-sided electrical element comprises a helical resistance wire mounted between two cylindrical surfaces. The cylinder surfaces are made of copper and, between the surfaces, the wire is surrounded by an electrical insulating and good heat conducting powder. The surfaces have extra heat transferring ribs and a co-per wool coating. The inside of the element is connected to the water outlet, whose temp. is detected and used to control switching of the heater element.
