The apparatus using a vaccum pump (1) includes the seventh and the second solenoid valves (SV7,SV2) mounted respectively on the inlet and outlet pipes (2,3) of the pump (1), a refrigerant connecting pipe (5) connected with a refrigerant tank (14), a bypass pipe (7) mounted with the second outlet pipe (22) having the nineth solenoid valve (SV9), a tightening pipe (8) connected with the first outlet pipe (10) having the third solenoid valve (SV3) and tightening means including oil, a high pressure transmitting pipe (11a) having the first solenoid valve (SV1) mounted with a high pressure gauge (13). A pressure test, a tightening test, refrigerant charging of the apparatus and oil suction of compressor are performed by operation of selected switchs (SW1- SW4) and relay.
