These power transistors are connected to the module output and each of them has a gate-control terminal. The module has at least one circuit for detecting excessive voltage and de-saturation coupled to the power transistors. The equipment also includes an output-current measuring system at the module output, at least one excessive temperature sensor for each of the power transistors, and at least one separating transformer with a primary winding and at least one secondary winding. There is one insulated or separated control unit and communications interface connected to each primary winding for converting logic signals and at least one separated gate control unit connected to at least one secondary winding of each transformer and the gate terminal of each power transistor.
