The new invention is A noval development of the transmission of motion between wheels by means of the lever, so that the rounds per minute (rpm) remain as they are but with a great increase in the torque, which will be multiplied by the ratio of lengths of the lever from the pivot to each one of the wheels. The increase in the torque and the rpm will reduce fuel requirements thus saving expense and avoiding excess pollution. It will also be possible to use the excess energy for use in various fields by transforming its form.
