METHOD FOR MANUFACTURE OF PERSON IDENTIFYING INFORMATION CARD FOR CIVIL DOCUMENT AND CARD PRODUCED BY SUCH METHOD

FIELD: manufacture of personality certifying documents. SUBSTANCE: method involves forming data concerning citizen's personality on face side of plastic blank, with data including at least one photo; providing each photo with imitation-protective means having information visible and/or invisible under normal conditions; applying adhesive layer on reverse side of blank for joining information card to document; putting removable protective member on this layer and cutting out information card of predetermined size from blank; forming device for removing protective member on information card prior to attaching it to document. Information card has edge portion free from data identifying citizen's personality and provided with rupture line for removing this portion of card together with protective member prior to putting information card into document. EFFECT: enhanced reliability in operation, improved protection of document from imitation and simplified installation of information card in document. 9 cl, 3 dwg
