The cylinder tube(16) is combined with a support rib(14) located in the longitudinal direction. A piston(26) slides inside the cylinder tube and is provided with an actuating magnet. A slide block with a magnetic element(58) is located in very close proximity to the external circumference of the cylinder tube, but without touching it, and corresponding to the action of the actuating magnet is movable along the cylinder tube. The cylinder tube and rib may be constructed in one piece.
