PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optimize an image reconstruction method for a computer-aided tomograph to achieve an acceleration of convolution and a quick generation of an image in one C-shaped curved body device having a plane detector thereby. SOLUTION: In an image reconstruction method for three-dimensional reconstruction from a detector data of an X-ray device, especially of a computer-aided tomograph which has an X-ray radiator 12 and the plane detector 4 supported by displaceable holders 14 and 15 for transillumination of a measuring area by a pyramid-shaped or conical X-ray radiation flux based on varied directions and is provided with a calculator 18 for rebuilding an image from a signal from the plane detector 4, the reconstruction of a three dimensional partial volume of an object 3 is accomplished by a reverse projection with a filtering. A component element of a convolution core outside a zero component corresponds to an exponent function.
