摘要 PURPOSE: A titania type flux cored wire with excellent arc stability and bead shape is provided, which is suitable for dual shielding gas of CO2 gas 100% and Ar+CO2 gas 20-25%. CONSTITUTION: The titania type flux cored wire comprises C 0.010-0.055 wt.%, B 0.002-0.010 wt.%, Al 0.30 wt.% or less, Ti 2.5-6.5 wt.%, Mn 1.5-3.5 wt.%, Mg 0.1-0.5 wt.%, Si 0.5-1.5 wt.%, Na 0.05-1.25 wt.%, a balance of Fe and other inevitable impurities wherein the titania type flux cored wire satisfies the follow inequality: (Si wt.%+Mn wt.%)x(Mg wt.%+Al wt.%)<=1.2. Further, the titania type flux cored wire comprises at least one elements selected from F 0.05-0.15 wt.%, Zr 0.05-0.45 wt.%, Ca 0.02 wt.% or less and K 0.00008-0.008 wt.%.
