PURPOSE: A bidding method deciding a successful bidder by a bidding order is provided to prevent the third person from raising the highest bid price intentionally by deciding a bidder matched with a successful bidding standard as the successful bidder according to the order joining in the bidding, and to prevent a seller from refusing sales by guaranteeing a minimum price to the seller. CONSTITUTION: The bidder inquires the bidding order from a bidding status database(S411). The bidder inquires the successful bidding order of the bidding goods from the bidding information database(S412). The agreement between the bidding order and the successful bidding order is compared(S413). If the bidding order and the successful bidding order are agreed with each other, the bidding reception of the bidding article is stopped by updating a stop state of the bidding information database with 'yes', and the successful bidding is noticed(S415).
