PURPOSE: A system for managing the hotel room by using a card printing a bar code on an advertisement hotel name card is provided to improve the reliability of the door lock as well as to advertise the hotel by using the lost hotel name card. CONSTITUTION: A system for managing the hotel room by using a card printing a bar code on an advertisement hotel name card includes a room coming and going card, a storage device, a sensor(10), a key holder, an entrance management device, a room controller and a front desk(3). The bar code generated by using a random number is printed on the room coming and going card. The storage device stores the information on the memory of the door lock, wherein the room coming and going card is capable of locking and unlocking the door lock of the corresponding hotel room through the communication means through the information. The sensor(10) converts the standby mode of the card reader(7) into the operational mode. The key holder is capable of operating the power and the electronic devices in the hotel room. The entrance management device automatically transmits the entrance of the guest to the front desk(3). The room controller controls various devices in the room and transmits the information related to the door lock and the various devices to the front desk(3). And, the front desk(3) receives all of the information from the door lock, various devices and sensors in the room through the room controller and the communication network.
