<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce sheath loss which is caused by sheath current. <P>SOLUTION: Tanks 1-9 of each phase of three-phase are connected in series, for each phase, through insulated connections 10 according to circuits a, b, and c. The both-end sides of a plurality of tanks 1-3, 4-6, and 7-9 connected in series are connected and grounded through inter-phase shunts 11.
