PURPOSE:To perform continuously desired forming without interrupting the stage by attaching independently plural rollers having different shapes to a tool rest, and disposing the rollers in a way as not to interfere with the respective parts of the device and a blank material during working. CONSTITUTION:A mandrel 2 to serve as a matrix is fixed to a driving spindle 1, and a discoid blank material 4 is grasped and supported by a press plate 3 at the top end of a tailstock. A carriage 6 on a swivel bed 5 inclined relatively with the spindle 1 and a tool rest 7 are traced and moved to eliminate the interference between rollers 14, 15... and the respective parts of the device or the material 4. The material 4 is drawn by the roller 14 having a curvature R to form a primary finished article 4a and thereafter the part l3 is worked by the roller 15 having the radius approximately equal to the radius (r) at the corner of the product 4c to form a secondary finished article 2b; further the part l1 is upset by the roller 16 to press the part l2 and the product 4c is obtd. The spinning is efficiently accomplished by the continuous stage without interrupting the stages. |
