PURPOSE:To dissolve and optimize the unevenness of the sound level by recording successively the standard signal of a prescribed voltage level and the program signal of the unit broadcast to the 1st track of a recording medium and at the same time starting to record the reference signal obtained from said standard signal to the 2nd track in advance by a prescribed amount of time. CONSTITUTION:In a studio A the electrical output which is converted by a microphone or another sound source as the contents of a broadcast program is supplied to a sound recording disk. The standard signals of 1 and 7kHz are recorded continuously at the head of the 1st track of a magnetic recording tape and then the broadcast program signal is recorded at the recording disk. At the same time, the standard signal of 1kHz is set at a prescribed level as a reference signal. This reference signal is recorded to the 2nd track over its entire length and earlier by a prescribed time than the recording of the program signal. The recording disk of the studio consists of a part I corresponding to conventional technique and a part II proper to this invention. Both program and reference signals are delivered from the part II respectively and fed to a sound recorder. |
