PURPOSE:To form a frame with high quality at low cost by etching an Al coating applied on a frame material by using an elastic material while oxidizing and treating a coating Al layer in a resin seal section for a metallic strip in the frame. CONSTITUTION:The whole surfaces of the surface and back of a long-sized metallic strip are coated continuously with Al. The metallic strip is punched to a predetermined shape. Al etching to an Al unnecessary section, the oxidation and treatment of a coating Al layer only to a required section and precious metal plating only to a necessary section as required are executed to the metallic strip through a series of processes by using an elastic body sheet (a mask) with a prescribed opening section. The metallic strip is cut to standard size, thus manufacturing products. |
