<p>A fluid dispenser comprises a base portion 13 that is or can be temporarily secured to a handle, spaced apart, flexible, outer members 14 extending from outer positions around the base portion and a flexible inner member 14a extending from an inner position. The outer members externally define an open pyramid having an apex 15 and internally define a capillary cradle 16 in which fluid can be retained. There is a capillary passage 25 leading from the cradle to the apex whereby liquid in the capillary cradle is discharged upon flexural contact of the apex with a body or other surface.</p> |
