Circuits for exclusive disjunction of two signals are disclosed, in particular an improved implementation of the E<2>CL technology. A highly symmetrical structure of the input stages and of the EXOR-gate itself makes it possible to attain the advantage of an identical input impedance for both inputs and of identical switching and signal propagating times.
