PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly discharge bundles of sheets from a matching member after matching the sheets bundles with a pair of matching plates by controlling the pair of matching plates so that the sheet regulation width when discharging bundles of sheets is larger than the sheet regulation width when matching the sheets with the pair of matching plates. SOLUTION: When discharging bundles of sheets matched by matching plates 41a, 42a with a first loading means 30 through the matching plates, the pair of matching plates are controlled so that the sheets regulation width when discharging bundles of sheets is larger than the sheets regulation width when matching the sheets with the pair of matching plates. With this structure, bundles of the sheets after matching can be smoothly discharged onto a second loading means 80 by a bundle discharging means 60, and a load of the bundle discharging means 60 when discharge is lowered, and durability of the pair of matching plates 41a, 42a can be improved, and discharging failure of bundles of sheets can be prevented.
