PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify structure, and make a lifted object easily lifted diagonal- directionally. SOLUTION: This device is composed of a suspending material (PC steel stranded wire 20), a lifting equipment (center hole jack 10) for lifting up the suspending material, a grasping member (suspension metal 25) linked to the suspending material to grasp a lifted object (steel plate 35), and a supporting body (support frame 30) for supporting the lifting equipment. The grasping member is attached to the suspending material to be freely rotatable within a vertical plane including a suspension shaft, and the lifting equipment is attached to the supporting body to be freely rotatable within a plane same to the vertical plane.
