PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To display pictures so as to improve visibility and convenience for a user by reflecting temporal progress of each picture on a display screen when displaying pictures as a list. SOLUTION: A picture data storage means where picture data related to plural pictures are stored, a time information storage means where time information indicating generation times of these stored picture data related to plural pictures are stored, and a picture processing means which characterize each picture in accordance with stored in the time information storage means are provided to express temporal progress on plural pictures displayed on a display device.
