PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an interdigital electrode filter having high stability against vibration. SOLUTION: An interdigital electrode filter 1 provided with interdigital electrodes 3, 4 constituted by connecting respective base parts of plural resonance plates 22a-22d, 26a-26c to respective ground electrodes 21, 25 and a casing 2 for storing the electrodes 3, 4 is also provided with plural holding members 5 for holding prescribed portions between the tip parts and base parts of respective resonance plates 22a-22d, 26a-26c.
