PURPOSE: A banding system of paper bands is provided to bind banding products easily by using paper bands useful for no damage of banding products. CONSTITUTION: To pull a band backward, a cam is rotated and the lower end of a roller link(26) is pulled to right. The roller link is rotated centering on a hinge axis, and an upper roller(11) for pulling is closely adhered to a lower roller(11'). At the same time, the lower roller is rotated at a high speed by power supply. The lower roller is rotated counterclockwise, and the band is pulled backward. Thereby, the band floating by a band guide is pulled and a product bundle is made. To feed the band, the lower end of the roller link is pulled and an upper roller(12) for feeding is closely adhered to a lower roller(12'). The lower roller is rotated at a high speed clockwise to feed the band forward. When the band is supplied sufficiently, a band pulling and feeding unit(10) is returned to a neutral state. Therefore, the banding system of paper bands binds articles such as easily damaged documents or bundles of letters without damage.
