PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening and shutting device for a door capable of smoothly making an opening and shutting operation for the door while having a simple structure and directing a high-class feeling and an electronic equipment having the opening and shutting device for the door. SOLUTION: The opening and shutting device 10 for the door capable of freely opening and shutting an opening section 22 of a cubical body 14 includes the door 20 for shutting the opening section 22 of the cubical body 14 by operation of an operator in an openable manner with a rotational center shaft CL as the center, a spring member 50 for delaying an opening velocity of the door 20 when the door 20 is opened by self-weight with the rotational center shaft CL as the center and a spring member movable section 60 mounted in the vicinity of the rotational center shaft CL for the door 20 of one end 52X of the spring member, locating the other end 54 of the spring member at the cubical body 14 side and capable of moving the other end 54 of the spring member when the door 20 is opened.
