PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal control station unit that informs each communication terminal about location information even when the communication terminal cannot automatically respond. SOLUTION: The communication terminal control station unit of this invention is provided with a registration means that registers the location information of each communication terminal and with a notice means that informs only the caller side communication terminal whose reception of the location information is permitted about the location information corresponding to a called party side communication terminal in the registered location information when the caller side communication terminal cannot receive an automatic reply from the called party side communication terminal whose location information is requested by the caller side communication terminal.
