PURPOSE: A device for automatically opening and shutting a water-discharge port is provided to remove inconveniences, which operate a tap handle at every time and save water. CONSTITUTION: A device for automatically opening and shutting a water-discharge port is composed of a connecting pipe(19), at which a drainpipe(17) is formed, fitted into a discharge port of a neck turning pipe(21); a combining pipe(20) combined to a side hole(33) of the neck turning pipe and a hole of the drainpipe; a packing(3) placed on the upside of an environment sill(2) of a valve house(1), wherein a handle(5) of a valve(4) is inserted, and a nut of the valve house combined to the drainpipe; a creased tube(11) mounted to a connecting pipe(10) of an inner wall of a water-discharge pipe(14) in which a vertical uneven groove(13), a horizontal uneven groove, and a plurality of drainholes(15) are drilled, an upper end of the water-discharge pipe combined to a connecting pipe(16) of the valve house, and an upper end(9) of a lever(7) of a coated handle(8) combined to a hole(6) of the handle through the vertical uneven groove, the connecting pipe, and the creased pipe; a combining ring(22) and a soft tube(24) inserted in a vertical pipe(23) of the neck turning pipe in which a large nut(32) is fitted, wherein the large nut is connected to an opening and shutting pipe(31); a polishing surface of a ceramic stopper(25) installed at the upper end of the vertical pipe to face upward, wherein a drainhole(26) is perforated; and the polishing surface of a polygonal ceramic stopper contacting to the polishing surface of the ceramic stopper, the polygonal ceramic stopper perforated with a drainhole(28) to be piled up on the drainhole in rotating the ceramic stopper and installed to the opening and shutting pipe.
