The system extracts granular material from the bottom (3) of a silo (1), and has a number of channels in the bottom extending towards the discharge opening. The bottom is covered by a perforated plate, through which air is blown to fluidise the adjacent material and cause it to flow out through the opening (5). The bottom pref. has ridges (9) with sides sloping towards the outlet. |
