The present invention relates to a modified sulfur binder composition, to a manufacturing method of a modified sulfur binder, to the modified sulfur binder manufactured therefrom, and to a modified asphalt composition comprising the same. More particularly, the modified sulfur binder composition comprises: sulfur; and rubber modified with a dicyclopentadiene-based modifier. The modified sulfur binder can improve flexibility of modified asphalt.
