PURPOSE:To obtain the title composition improved in both stability of a coolant when an abraded powder gets mixed therein and lubricity by incorporating an oxidized wax and a specified dispersant into base oils selected from oil or fat, a fatty acid ester, and a mineral oil. CONSTITUTION:An amino compound/ethylene oxide adduct (e. g., a soybean amine/ethylene oxide adduct) is reacted with an acid compound (e.g., 2- ethylhexanoic acid salt) to give a dispersant comprising at least one salt of an amino compound/ethylene oxide adduct of formula I or II (wherein R is 12-18C alkyl; a+b and c+d+e are each 5 to 20). At least one base oil selected fro,n oil or fat, a fatty acid ester, and a mineral oil (e.g., beef tallow) is mixed with an oxidized wax having a melting point of 60 deg.C or lower, 0.5-10wt.% said dispersant and, if necessary, an oiliness improver, an extreme-pressure additive, a rust preventive, an antioxidant, a surface active agent, etc. |
