PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heater control device having equivalent temperature characteristics, in response to input voltages of at least two systems. SOLUTION: A system for an input voltage is distinguished by an input voltage distinguishing circuit 11, and if the system has the lowest input voltage, a current is fully supplied to a heater. If the system is other than the one having the lowest input voltage, a effectively equivalent current to one in the case of the system having the lowest input voltage is supplied to the heater, and a current supply control circuit 9 to generate a current supply signal h2 is provided so as to have equivalent temperature control characteristics for each case.
