PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically connect a terminal of a subject of inspecting to a terminal of an inspecting device even with a deviation between the position of the terminal of the subject and the position of the terminal of the inspecting device. SOLUTION: This automatic terminal connector comprises: a sample; a subject of inspection with a terminal thereof disposed at a terminal 14; an inspecting device for inspecting the subject; and a terminal unit 28 provided with a terminal 30 of the inspecting device, to be selectively connected to the terminal of the subject. At least either one of the terminal 14 and the terminal unit 28 includes a guide 32 for guiding the other. Since at least either one of the terminal 14 and the terminal unit 28 guides the other, it is possible to automatically connect the terminal of the subject to the terminal 30 of the inspecting device even with a deviation between the position of the terminal of the subject and the position of the terminal 30 of the inspecting device.
