PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a damping structure and a damping device capable of efficiently reducing the vibration while suppressing the cost multiple beams disposed in parallelly. SOLUTION: The beams 1 are parallelly disposed in the X direction and supported by supports 2. Spring members K are connected to the respective beams 1 and a longitudinal mass member M extending in the X direction is connected to ends of the spring members K in the sides opposed to the sides connected to the beams 1. The mass member M is supported to the spring members K in such a state as separating from the beams 1.
