PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the carbonation efficiency of carbonated water to be produced by a carbonator by changing arrangement layout of the carbonator immersed and installed in a cooling water tank. SOLUTION: In this beverage supplying device constituted so that syrup, diluted water and the carbonated water are cooled by immersing and installing a syrup cooling coil 6, a water cooling coil 1 and the carbonator 4 connected with a syrup line, a diluted water line of a beverage supply system in water of the cooling water tank 15 equipped with an evaporation coil 16a and an agitator 17 of a freezer and circulating cooling water in the pool by the agitator by using an ice bank frozen around the evaporation coil 16a of a freezer as a heat accumulation source, on piping the evaporation coil in an outer peripheral area in the cooling water pool, water is directly cooled by arranging the carbonator 4 at an inner peripheral position to be directly brought into contact with the ice bank frozen around it, other cooling coils 6, 11 and the agitator 17 are arranged to be away from the ice bank inside a heat insulation inner tube 18.
