PURPOSE: An apparatus for testing a liquid crystal display panel is provided to minimize errors in operating the apparatus, reduce causes for the errors, and improve the productivity. CONSTITUTION: A first frame(110) is formed in a square shape following a liquid crystal panel(100), having align keys(140). A second frame(120) is assembled by the first frame and the align keys. A PCB(121) for an interface, a PCB for driving a gate, a PCB(123) for driving data, TCP(Tape Carrier Package) blocks(124,125), and needles(126,127) are integratedly formed on the second frame according to a model of the liquid crystal panel. An external test pattern generating part(150) is connected with the PCB for the interface of the second frame through a cable(128c). In the case that the model of the liquid crystal panel, the second frame is disassembled to reassemble the second frame appropriate for the changed liquid crystal panel.
