PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize the miniaturization, weight reduction, and cost reduction of equipment having a plurality of speakers or microphones. SOLUTION: This acoustic/electric transducer for converting a sound into an electric signal, or for converting an electric signal into a sound is provided with a first coil 11 formed at one side of one permanent magnet 2, a first diaphragm 21 connected to the first coil 11, a second coil 12 formed at the other side of one permanent magnet 2, and a second diaphragm 22 connected to the second coil 12.
